High Tide Digital AI LLC provides AI-powered digital marketing and automation services including but not limited to social media content creation, Google Business Profile management, website development, email marketing, reputation management, and marketing automation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
Clients are responsible for:
Payment terms are outlined in each client's individual agreement or proposal. Generally, retainer services are billed monthly in advance. Project-based work may require a deposit before work begins. All invoices are processed through Bonsai and Stripe. Late payments may result in a pause of services.
Upon receipt of full payment, clients retain ownership of all final deliverables created specifically for their business, including website content, social media copy, and marketing materials. High Tide Digital AI LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any proprietary tools, templates, workflows, or systems developed by High Tide Digital AI LLC remain our intellectual property and are licensed to clients for use during the engagement only.
We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share proprietary business data, client lists, or sensitive operational information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
We apply proven strategies and best practices to every engagement. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a defined number of leads, revenue growth, or search ranking improvements. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
High Tide Digital AI LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable. Any outstanding balances are due upon termination.
Some services we provide involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, GoHighLevel, and others. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' features, pricing, policies, or availability. Any costs associated with third-party platform subscriptions are the client's responsibility unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
You agree to use hightidedigitalai.com for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or unauthorized content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
